Simmons Foods, Inc. is seeking a Debone line worker to perform all production positions on the poultry line and rotate among tasks as needed. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to LEAN and company policies, and active participation in team development and communications.

Responsibilities

• Performs all positions on the line in Debone.
• Rotates positions as needed to include cutting breasts, wings, pulling skin, using a saw, loading product, and tray packing.
• Participates as a member of the Team and attends team meetings.
• Supports team cohesiveness by addressing issues with the team leader.
• Adheres to Simmons operating systems principles and policies.
• Performs other duties to support business objectives.
• Physical Activities: work in a cold environment down to 40 degrees Fahrenheit; stand/move 8-10 hours; include reaching, standing, moving, lifting; repetitive motion of shoulders, arms and hands; vision and hearing.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): waterproof footwear, gloves, apron, hearing protection, hair nets; other PPE as needed.

• Industry Experience: Preference for poultry or food processing organization.
