• Monitor picking banks, rail water flow and temperatures to sustain process efficiency.
• Inspect birds for feather removal and damage levels; verify scalder temps.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and product defects; coordinate repairs.
• Log checks and complete written/electronic reports; maintain safe work areas.
