Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive work atmosphere with customers, clients and co-workers.
• Vaccinates and sprays disinfectants on chickens or in houses.
• Check feed, ventilation, lighting and water to meet animal needs.
• Adhere to all safety policies and GMPs at all times.
• Follow bio-security guidelines and bird health processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
