Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with internal/external partners.
• Ability to work varying shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day breeder operations to ensure adequate hatch egg supply.
• Implements breeder and pullet production programs and trains supervisors.
• Communicates with contract pullet/breeder producers and hatchery teams.
• Monitors and reports on production costs and performance to management.
• Ensures biosecurity, health monitoring, and safety protocols are followed.
