ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking an experienced Multi-Web Pouch Machine Operator for the Middleton, Wisconsin facility. You will set up, operate, and maintain multi-web pouch machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring product quality and safety.

The role requires at least 2 years of machine operation experience, a high school diploma, and flexibility for a 2nd shift. Benefits include medical options, 401K with match, PTO, and holiday pay, with potential for profit

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of machine operations experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule and ability to cross-train in a fast-paced environment.
• Totani pouch machine experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-web pouch machines and perform changeovers.
• Monitor quality and run safety checks; conduct seal, drop, valve tests.
• Log production data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Assist with roll changes, waste removal, and finished goods handling.
