Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Multi-Web Pouch Machine Operator (2nd shift) in Middleton, WI. The role entails setting up, operating, and maintaining multi-web pouch machines in a fast-paced facility to ensure product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of machine operation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Totani pouch machine experience is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging is a plus.
• Flexible in work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-web pouch machines per job specifications and changeovers.
• Monitor machine performance and conduct quality checks (seal tests, tests, etc.).
• Maintain clean and safe work area and adhere to safety policies.
• Log production time and costs in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Assist with roll changes, splice removal, and material handling.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
