Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in Marion, NC is hiring a Material Handler, Pouch. You will move materials to the pouching line, operate line equipment, and ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will perform routine maintenance, complete documents, and uphold 6S and cGMP standards while supporting a collaborative team environment. Training is provided from day one and multiple benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• CRC (Silver) certification preferred.
• Worksaver Operator Certification preferred.
• Inspector Certification preferred.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Basic math and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supply materials to the Pouching line and operate line machinery.
• Perform minor maintenance and inspect IV therapies.
• Document information on manufacturing logs and POMS.
• Maintain clean and safe work area using 6S principles.
• Assist in line clearance and end-of-shift cleanup.
• Identify and transport bags with a powered industrial truck (PIT).
• Record defects and participate in quality checks.
