Job summary

DO & CO AG in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a motivated Potwasher to maintain cleanliness and efficiency in our kitchen. The role requires you to wash, sort, and move cookware and utensils, support the dishwashing process, and comply with food safety standards while working as part of a fast-paced hospitality team.

Responsibilities:

• Washes/runs all dirty equipment (Pots, Pans, Plates, and cookware) through the dishwashing machine.
• Stacks and sorts clean equipment according to company specifications and moves all washed articles into the respective areas.
• Cleans drains and machines at end of shift and sanitizing work area as needed.
• Complies with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the Standard Sanitation Operational Procedures.
• Reports problems with the food safety management system to their supervisor and the hygiene and food safety team.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
