Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
- Current RN license (or eligible in state of practice).
- Nursing certification is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success leading teams, managing operations, and improving outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute departmental goals aligned with organizational strategy.
- Foster shared governance, accountability, and engagement.
- Lead councils, committees, and process improvement activities.
- Maintain 24/7 accountability for patient care and operations.
- Develop staffing plans balancing patient needs and resources.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to remove barriers to care.
- Promote policy compliance and quality/safety initiatives.
- Recruit, hire, and retain top nursing talent.
- Provide coaching and professional development.
