Mercy in St. Louis seeks an experienced Nurse Manager for the 62-bed Postpartum Unit to lead daily nursing operations and advance maternal-newborn care. You will shape practice environments, oversee staffing, and drive quality, patient experience, and workforce engagement across Women's Services.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, RN license, and nursing leadership experience in a high-volume, acute care setting, with a focus on collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and active RN license required.
• Nursing leadership experience in a high-volume acute care setting.
• Strong data analysis and performance improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• 24-hour accountability for postpartum nursing care and operations.
• Develop staffing plans and ensure safe patient flow.
