Qualifications

• Nursing diploma from an accredited program.
• RN licensure in Idaho with current credentials.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, BBNC and STABLE certifications.
• Postpartum nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in implementing hospital policies and education plans.
• Coordinate orientation, in-service training and continuing education.
• Mentor staff and monitor progress of new and existing employees.
• Collaborate with unit educators, managers and DON to evaluate education programs.
• Facilitate staff meetings and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
