Qualifications

• PhD in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on synthesis experience in organic, organometallic, or macromolecular systems.
• Proficiency with air-free/Schlenk techniques and glovebox.
• Characterization methods: NMR, MS, UV-Vis, FT-IR, DSC/TA.
• Strong publication record demonstrating research productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-institutional research on novel materials synthesis and characterization.
• Develop and optimize synthesis strategies for organic, organometallic, and polymer targets.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate discoveries into scalable systems.
• Present milestones at conferences and prepare peer-reviewed manuscripts.
