Qualifications

• Ph.D. from an accredited institution in a related field.
• Three years of experience in inorganic electronic device fabrication and characterization.
• Three years of experience with organic semiconductor materials and thin-film processing.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and optimize organic electronic devices and solar cells.
• Characterize device performance using I-V and EQE measurements.
• Assess device stability under light, heat, and environmental stress.
• Prepare publications, proposals, and technical reports; manage sponsored projects.
• Mentor graduate and undergraduate researchers in fabrication and testing.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners and travel as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
