Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or a closely related field, with publications in organic synthesis and a strong track record in synthetic methodology research.

Qualifications

• Required: Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or related discipline at the time of appointment.
• Publications demonstrating experience with organic synthesis.
• Experience in synthetic methodology research.
• Experience in inert atmosphere, electrochemistry, and high-throughput experimentation.
• Desire to mentor graduate students.

Responsibilities

• Develop new electrosynthetic methods for organic synthesis.
• Actively contribute to day-to-day activities within an organic chemistry lab.
• Produce high-quality manuscripts and assist with grant writing.
• Mentor junior scientists.
