Job summary

The University of Arizona invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Translational Neurosciences (Phoenix). The successful candidate will contribute to neuroscience and pharmacology research, with emphasis on GPCRs and drug discovery, under the supervision of the Lab of Manish Jain.

PhD in Pharmacology/Neuroscience/Structural Biology or related field is required; experience in protein purification and Cryo-EM is preferred.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field with strong neuroscience/pharmacology focus.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced neuroscience and biochemistry research under PI supervision.
• Design, perform, and analyze experiments; maintain detailed records.
• Prepare data for publications, grant proposals, and presentations.
• Present findings at lab meetings and conferences; foster collaborations.
