Qualifications

• Ph.D. required.
• Experience with fabrication and characterization of nanostructured devices.
• Background in electron beam lithography and nanostructured device fabrication using van der Waals materials.
• Electrical and optical characterization of materials.
• Experience with cryogenic measurements.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication and characterization of nanostructured devices for post CMOS applications (CNTs, 2D vdW, topological insulators/superconductors).
• Exfoliation of graphene and transition metal dichalcogenide semiconductors.
• Apply e-beam lithography to create complex devices.
• Conduct electrical and optical characterization of devices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
