Job Overview:

We seek enthusiastic and dedicated Postdoctoral Psychology graduates to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to be part of an established, rapidly growing behavioral health company through our non-APA accredited post doctorate program. It provides supervised clinical work in a 100% telehealth environment, enabling candidates to accumulate hours for licensing while gaining valuable experience. The role involves exposure to multidisciplinary teams and educational opportunities from esteemed mental health professionals. It is a full-time position, with 30 hours of client time per week, and some evening/weekend hours are expected for flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Attend weekly supervision with a Psychologist Program Director and Supervisor
• Engage in ongoing professional development
• Follow ethical guidelines and best practices in psychology

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D., or equivalent)
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship
• Successful dissertation completion if applicable
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team with MDs, Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers, LPCs, and staff
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
• Willingness to apply for a psychology license
