The UIC Department of Pathology is seeking a motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to contribute to research on Liver Diseases. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. and a strong background in liver disease, with a focus on areas such as liver immunology and hepatocellular carcinoma.
We seek a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join our laboratory focused on Liver Diseases within the Department of Pathology at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Applicants should be nearing graduation or within one year of completing their Ph.D.
Priority will be given to applicants with expertise in the following areas:
Liver immunology Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC)
Requirements:
Ph.D. degree Solid background in liver disease Strong publication record Proficiency in spoken and written English
