Responsibilities

• Work with primary cell culture systems, 3D culture systems, and small animal models of organ fibrosis.
• Perform flow cytometry, immunofluorescent imaging, RT-qPCR, and western blotting; apply gene silencing and overexpression strategies.
• Analyze data and interpret results; troubleshoot experiments as needed.
