West Virginia University’s School of Medicine invites applications for a Post Doctoral Fellow in Physiology, Pharmacology and Toxicology. The role centers on an NIH-funded translational project investigating environmental exposures and innate signaling in lung injury and repair.

The successful candidate will perform or supervise experiments, analyze data, and mentor undergraduates and graduates. A 37.5-hour work week and WVU benefits accompany the appointment.

Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. in toxicology, cell and molecular biology, immunology, developmental biology, regenerative medicine, or a relevant biomedical field is required.
• A minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience in animal models of pulmonary diseases and/or cell culture techniques is required.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of employment.
