Qualifications

• PhD in cell biology, biophysics, gene regulation, neuroscience or related field.
• Experience in live-cell imaging, advanced microscopy (super-resolution, lattice light-sheet) or imaging probe development.
• Interest in applying imaging to chromatin organization and neuronal differentiation.
• Strong experience with quantitative image analysis tools (Python, MATLAB, R, Fiji/ImageJ, Imaris) and peer-reviewed publications.
• Experience with segmentation, tracking, registration, time-series analysis, or automated image-processing workflows is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply advanced microscopy to study chromatin-state dynamics in developing neurons.
• Optimize biosensor performance and microscopy acquisition for live-cell imaging.
• Perform quantitative analysis of epigenetic modifications and nuclear organization.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to publish first-author work.
• Contribute to development of probes, assays, and analysis pipelines.
