Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Counseling or Clinical Psychology from an APA- or CPA-accredited doctoral program.
• Completed an APA-, APPIC-, or CAPPIC-approved internship.
• Doctoral degree conferred by the fellowship start date in September 2027.
• Be eligible for licensure as a psychologist in Minnesota.
• Experience providing psychotherapy.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based behavioral health services as part of integrated, interprofessional care teams.
• Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to address behavioral health needs in primary care.
• Contribute to medical education by teaching residents and supporting behavioral health competencies.
• Engage in didactic instruction, supervision, and interdisciplinary learning alongside residents.
