Qualifications

• PhD in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience with concrete/cementitious materials and pavement design, including instrumentation and data analysis with large datasets.
• Lab experience with concrete materials; field testing/instrumentation preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with students and faculty across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing and upcoming research on durable, sustainable concrete pavements and materials.
• Install, deploy, and develop instrumentation at CLT under FAA ACPTP project.
• Develop data-driven insights to inform pavement performance and maintenance decisions.
• Engage with FAARFIELD, FAA circulars, and related design tools and practices.
• Mentor graduate and undergraduate students and collaborate with researchers.
