Job summary

University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine seeks a postdoctoral fellow to join a CRI-funded immunotherapy atlas project. The role involves leading data integration across atlas labs, applying flow cytometry, scRNA(+TCR)-seq, proteomics, and spatial analyses to build a comprehensive immune landscape resource.

The candidate will develop data‑driven hypotheses, work independently and within a team, and gain experience mastering cutting-edge technologies for translational immuno-oncology

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will have a PhD, MD, or MD/PhD degree, experience in immunology and/or cancer biology, a strong record of productivity, and a demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project in the Wherry lab and integrate data across two additional CRI-Immunotherapy Atlas labs.
• Perform experimental approaches including flow cytometry, scRNA (+TCR)-seq, proteomics, and spatial analysis.
• Generate data‑driven hypotheses and become a collaborative scientific leader.
