Job summary

The Wherry lab at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine invites applications for a postdoctoral fellow to join a CRI-funded immunotherapy atlas project. The role focuses on building a data resource that enables data-driven innovation in immunotherapy and bridges preclinical models with clinical trials.

You will contribute to assembling immune landscapes across mouse models and apply perturbations to study responses.

Qualifications

• PhD, MD, or MD/PhD required.
• Experience in immunology and/or cancer biology requested.
• Strong record of productivity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project within the Wherry lab and coordinate data integration across Atlas labs.
• Contribute to establishment of the Immunotherapy Atlas data resource.
• Apply experimental approaches such as flow cytometry, scRNA-seq, proteomics, and spatial analysis.
