Qualifications

• PhD in immunology, infection microbiology, or related life sciences.
• Experience with immunodiagnostics, immunopathogenesis, and epitope discovery.
• Experience with flow cytometry, immunoassays, and recombinant expression.

Responsibilities

• Design, perform, troubleshoot experiments on mycobacterial antigens and host immune responses.
• Conduct epitope discovery using serologic and proteomic approaches.
• Generate and characterize candidate immunogens; validate in mouse models.
• Perform immune profiling on patient biospecimens including single-cell omics.
• Maintain records, assist data analysis, manuscripts and grants.
