Qualifications

• Ph.D. degree in Neuroscience, Bio & Brain Science, Data Science, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• Excellent coding skills (Python, Matlab, Shell script).
• Handle multimodal image data processing (FSL, AFNI, MRTRIX, FREESURFER).
• Structural and functional image data processing and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of image statistical analysis.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning approaches.
• Strong communication skills and a strong interest in neuromodulation research.

Responsibilities

• Multimodal image preprocessing to identify imaging biomarkers for various neuromodulation therapies
• Establish image-guided neuromodulation targeting
• Collaborate with a clinician to provide high-level research support for clinical decision-making
• Machine learning approaches to characterize biomarkers and predict targets, circuits, and outcomes
