Qualifications

  • Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate in implementation science, public health, health services research, nutrition, or a related field.
  • Training or demonstrated experience in implementation science methods and frameworks.
  • Experience with clinical or community-based research operations, including qualitative research and systematic review.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with ongoing studies, including preparing study materials, coordinating with clinical and community partners, and managing study data.
  • Lead evidence synthesis activities to inform intervention development and identify research gaps.
  • Prepare manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations for peer‑reviewed journals and national conferences.
  • Contribute to grant proposals and lead the development of an independent funding application, with mentorship on specific aims, study design, and budgets.
  • Participate in mentorship meetings, research seminars, and career development activities to prepare for a faculty role
