Qualifications

• Ability to conduct independent and collaborative research.
• Experience in international collaborations or externally funded projects is advantageous.

Taylor’s University invites applications for the position of Postdoctoral Fellow in Digital Work and Wellbeing under the Centre for the Future of Work (CFW).

The successful candidate will contribute to the Digital Work and Wellbeing research cluster, focusing on hybrid work, AI-enabled workplaces, organisational resilience, employee wellbeing, and the future of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality research related to digital work, employee wellbeing, hybrid work, AI-enabled workplaces, and the future of work.
• Contribute to research projects under the Centre for the Future of Work (CFW) and the Digital Work and Wellbeing research cluster.
• Support research management, postgraduate supervision, and collaborative publications.
• Contribute to grant applications, project reports, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Publish in high-impact journals and present research at academic conferences.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Publish a minimum of two (2) articles annually in high-quality SSCI-indexed journals.
• Submit an annual progress report endorsed by the Director of CFW or Cluster Lead.
• Actively contribute to postgraduate supervision and grant applications.

Qualifications and Requirements

• PhD in Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Psychology, Management, or a related discipline, awarded within the last 5 years.
• Strong publication record, preferably with at least three (3)high-quality SSCI/SCI-indexed journal publications.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent and collaborative research.
• Experience in international collaborations or externally funded projects is an advantage.
