Taylor’s University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow in Digital Work and Wellbeing under the Centre for the Future of Work (CFW). The role focuses on hybrid work, AI-enabled workplaces, organisational resilience, and employee wellbeing.

The successful candidate will conduct high-quality research, contribute to CFW projects, supervise postgraduate work, and publish in SSCI-indexed journals while engaging with international collaborations.

Qualifications

• PhD awarded within the last 5 years in HRM, OB, Organisational Psychology, or Management.
• Strong publication record, preferably SSCI/SCI-indexed.
• Ability to conduct independent and collaborative research.
• Experience in international collaborations or externally funded projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality research related to digital work, employee wellbeing, hybrid work, AI-enabled workplaces, and the future of work.
• Contribute to research projects under the Centre for the Future of Work (CFW) and the Digital Work and Wellbeing cluster.
• Support research management, postgraduate supervision, and collaborative publications.
• Contribute to grant applications, project reports, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Publish in high-impact journals and present research at academic conferences.
