Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join the Abate-Daga Lab and advance adoptive T cell immunotherapies for cancer. The successful candidate will contribute to translational and laboratory research using state-of-the-art technologies to understand T cell biology and therapeutic strategies.

The ideal candidate holds an MD and/or PhD with a strong immunology background and proficiency in multiparameter flow cytometry.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiparameter flow cytometry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research focused on adoptive T cell immunotherapy for cancer.
• Design and perform laboratory experiments to investigate immune mechanisms and therapeutic strategies.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data and communicate findings to the research team.
• Participate in manuscript preparation, grant applications, and presentation of research findings at scientific meetings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary investigators and contribute to ongoing laboratory projects.
• Maintain accurate experimental records and follow established laboratory protocols and safety procedures.
