CO2000 H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, Inc. seeks a postdoctoral researcher to contribute to cancer biology through translational and basic research at the Moffitt Cancer Center in Florida.

You will work with faculty on project planning, design and execution of experiments, data management, and development of new research techniques. Mentorship and opportunities to apply for training grants are available.

Formación

• MD or PhD in Cancer Biology, Molecular and Cellular Biology, Immunology, Genetics or related.
• At least one first author publication.
• Experience with multicolor flow cytometry.
• Extensive experience with preclinical mouse models including best practices for handling mice.
• Strong immunology background.

Responsabilidades

• Work with PI on project planning.
• Design and execution of experiments independently.
• Document and organize and maintain up-to-date data.
• Learn and develop research techniques and lab protocols.
• Develop scientific writing and presentation skills.
• Collaborate with collaborators and core facility staff on interdisciplinary experiments.
