You will join an interdisciplinary team of machine learning scientists, bioinformaticians, pathologists, and oncologists to develop AI methods on large tissue slides and spatial omics data.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in CS/CE/EE/biomedical engineering; MD/PhD candidates with strong computational background welcome.
• Strong computational background in AI methods for biomedical data and imaging is required.

• Develop computational pathology algorithms that integrate histology images, pathology reports, and spatial omics data.
• Maintain project software repositories.
• Collaborate with investigators, postdocs, and graduate students to achieve project goals and develop manuscripts for publication.
