Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, or related field.
• Three years of professional experience developing and deploying ML systems.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with PyTorch and Hugging Face frameworks.
• Experience building data pipelines and cloud-based AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML systems for precision oncology.
• Build AI platforms that integrate multimodal clinical and research datasets.
• Develop and optimize training workflows, inference services, and AI software infrastructure.
• Implement MLOps, including versioning, experiment tracking, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with scientists, clinicians, and technical teams to translate AI methods into production solutions.
