Hebrew SeniorLife seeks a biomedical researcher with a doctoral degree and strong training in quantitative methods to advance aging biomarker studies.

You will harmonize multi-omic data across cohorts, develop epigenetic clocks, and build reproducible analysis pipelines while collaborating with geriatrics, genomics, and computational teams. Excellent communication in English is essential.

Hybrid work in the Boston area is available.

Formación

• Doctoral degree in a quantitative biomedical science field.
• At least 2 years as a professional quantitative scientist.
• Proficiency in R and/or Python for large-scale omics data processing.
• Experience developing harmonized multi-dataset platforms.
• Strong English writing and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, clean, and analyze multi-omic data across cohorts.
• Develop and benchmark aging biomarkers and epigenetic clocks.
• Design studies, run analyses, and communicate results.
• Develop reproducible analysis pipelines and software tools.
• Contribute to abstracts and manuscripts; support funding proposals.
