Job summary

Hebrew SeniorLife Marcus Institute for Aging Research in Boston invites applications for a two-year postdoctoral fellowship focused on cardiovascular health in frail older adults. Under HMS faculty mentorship, you will conduct database analyses of cohorts or real-world data such as Medicare and EHRs.

Core work includes epidemiology of cardiovascular disease in older adults, drug/device utilization, and comparative effectiveness.

Qualifications

• MD or PhD or equivalent in medicine, epidemiology, gerontology or related fields.
• Experience with Medicare data, large EHR datasets, or cardiovascular research preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills for manuscripts and grants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct database analyses on cohort or real-world data with mentorship.
• Write research protocols, analyze results, and prepare manuscripts.
