Ideal candidates will hold a PhD in a quantitative field, have Python/R experience, and be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Earned PhD in computational/CS/engineering or related field.
• Experience building AI/ML solutions in Python/R.
• Ability to translate needs into tractable AI/workflows.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.
• Strong ability to communicate assumptions, uncertainty, and limitations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DDCS to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled workflows for decision support.
• Develop agentic AI systems and knowledge extraction tools.
• Apply data strategy to translate experiments into insights and actions.
• Ensure reliability, validation, and responsible AI practices.
