Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Postdoctoral Associate for the department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
The Postdoctoral Research Associate works independently on research projects, with supervision from a Research Mentor, and on developing teaching skills, with supervision from a Teaching Mentor, to support the general functioning of their biomedical research laboratory, and to fulfill the research and teaching requirements of the Rutgers IRACDA , INSPIRE Postdoctoral Training Program.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:

Minimum Salary 20,000
Mid Range Salary 90,000
Maximum Salary 200,000
The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. We also take into consideration market benchmarks, if and when appropriate, and internal equity to ensure fair compensation relative to the university’s broader compensation structure.
