Qualifications

• PhD, MD, or equivalent advanced degree in reproductive biology, cell or molecular biology, immunology, physiology, bioengineering, or a related field.
• First-author publications or manuscripts under review/preparation.
• Hands-on mammalian tissue culture experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, troubleshoot experiments using primary human reproductive tract tissue and patient-derived organoid models.
• Maintain and expand primary and organoid culture systems.
• Perform molecular assays including RNA/DNA extraction, RT-qPCR, protein assays, and sequencing preparations.
• Image tissue sections with IHC/immunofluorescence and multiplexed platforms.
• Analyze imaging and sequencing data with collaborators.
