Responsibilities

• Design and execute CRISPR screening campaigns including library design and cloning; manage high-throughput perturbations.
• Develop computational pipelines to analyze multi-omic data and apply AI modeling to derive insights and identify targets.
• Provide mentorship to graduate and undergraduate students within the ATG Lab; collaborate across projects.
• Assist in preparing high-impact manuscripts and present findings at conferences; contribute to grant proposals.
