The role spans machine learning, computational biology, and scientific AI to create AI systems that integrate imaging, omics, structures, literature, and other data for target discovery and drug development.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end research, develop scalable AI solutions, and publish findings, within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, CS, or related field.
• Strong ML/DL expertise and foundation modeling experience.
• Experience with biomedical data modalities and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop multimodal AI/ML methods for imaging, omics, structures, and literature.
• Design hypotheses and guide experimental design from computational insights.
• Collaborate with biologists, chemists, and data scientists to build scalable AI solutions.
• Create workflows combining diverse evidence sources for rigorous decisions.
• Contribute to reusable AI platforms and data foundations.
• Establish benchmarks and evaluate model generalizability and interpretability.
• Lead end-to-end research, document findings, and communicate results.
