Qualifications

• PhD conferment before starting and within the last five years.
• PhD in Optical Engineering, Remote Sensing, Physics or related field.
• Programming skills in C++, MATLAB, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute experiments to measure spectral signatures for national security.
• Model visible/IR sources and develop radiometric systems.
• Develop and evaluate data processing and feature extraction algorithms.
• Perform field or laboratory tests and report results.
