Job summary

The University of Minnesota is seeking a highly qualified Postdoctoral Fellow to lead research projects developing large animal disease models and generate novel tissue sources for transplantation. The role requires collaboration with colleagues and external partners to design, implement, and analyze experiments, as well as preparing manuscripts for publication.

Responsibilities include detailed documentation, regular presentations, and effective communication with the PI and team.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Embryology, Molecular Biology, Regenerative Biology or related discipline required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Lead research projects on development of large animal models of disease.
• Collaborate with laboratory scientists and external partners in design, execution and analysis of experiments.
• Prepare manuscripts for submission to scientific journals and present at scientific meetings.
