Job summary

Qualifications

  • PhD in a relevant field completed within the last five years.
  • Experience with crystal growth and oxide materials processing.
  • Experience with XRD and optical/electronic property measurements.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop next-generation radiation-resilient scintillator materials.
  • Combine experimental and computational methods to understand defect formation and degradation.
  • Perform ion irradiation experiments and advanced characterization.
  • Publish results and present at conferences; collaborate across groups.
