Qualifications

  • PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, CS, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; PhD must be conferred within five years prior to employment.
  • Record of research demonstrated by publications or high-impact deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply materials modelling, ML, or quantum simulation techniques for optical defects.
  • Perform high-throughput first-principles calculations for charged defects and input into graph neural networks.
  • Collaborate with a team using diverse theoretical and experimental methods.
