Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Core to design CRISPR/Cas9 strategies for dTAG-KI mouse models.
• Collects samples and conducts assays as per protocol.
• Evaluates protein expression and degradation via Western blotting and related methods.
• Performs animal dosing and experimental treatments.
• Maintains mouse colony management and recordkeeping.
• Performs molecular characterization and pharmacological studies (DMPK).
• Analyzes data and prepares figures, reports, manuscripts, and presentations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
