Qualifications

• MD or PhD in Basic Science, Health Science, or related field.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Executes and assists in gene therapy studies in animal models.
• Analyzes physiological data relevant to the model system.
• Performs tissue harvest and molecular analyses (immunoblot, IF, IHC, RT-qPCR).
• Designs gene editing experiments, including vector engineering and target validation.
• Contributes to grant applications and manuscript preparation.
• Mentors rotating students.
