Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and analyze experiments for independent projects using molecular, cellular, and live imaging in zebrafish.
• Prepare manuscripts and assist lab members with writing.
• Develop data pipelines and analyze high-dimensional imaging datasets using Python.
• Travel to national and international meetings to present findings.
• Mentor and train junior lab members.
• Single cell workflows and data analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.
