Qualifications

• PhD in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Immunology, or related field required.
• Experience with in vitro and/or in vivo models of respiratory exposure and related cellular readouts.
• Experience with high-throughput sequencing data (e.g., RNA-seq) preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to generate and analyze datasets on ozone-induced airway responses.
• Collaborate with UNC bioinformatics team to analyze transcriptomic data.
• Contribute to writing scientific papers and presenting talks at meetings.
• Engage in training and development for independent research projects.
