Eli Lilly and Company’s Cardiometabolic Research (CMR) is seeking a Statistical Geneticist to analyze multi-omics data across biobank cohorts and support target discovery that informs drug development. This role is embedded in the DSCB team, partnering with early discovery scientists and clinicians.

The candidate will work with WGS/WES, proteomics, and clinical outcomes data, applying statistical modeling and machine learning to uncover genetic factors related to disease risk and treatment

Qualifications

• PhD in statistical genetics or related quantitative field.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly will not sponsor visas.

Responsabilités

• Analyze WGS/WES, proteomics, metabolomics, and clinical data for biomarker discovery.
• Analyze large-scale population cohorts and biobank datasets to identify genetic variants and causal genes.
• Develop ML and bioinformatics pipelines to integrate multi-omics data.
• Collaborate with geneticists, epidemiologists, and clinicians to interpret findings.
